Titanium Disc Rack with Spline and Hook Starting Kit #2 for Aluminum Anodizing

This is a starting kit for Aluminum Anodizing composed of a 1″ spline shaft with a copper hook and a pair (2) of Dished Disc.

The round shaft are made out of titanium and feature a copper hook for excellent current conductivity. Select your desired length from the drop down menu.

All disc are 9″ in diameter and are made to be mounted on a 1″ shaft. These disc feature 30 mounting station. This is the product that I use to anodize all of my product. Titanium can be re-used almost indefinitively making it a better choice than any aluminum racking. It also provide a much better connection to your parts for an even anodizing which in return will give you even dye absorbtion.

All titanium hardware is used for assembly. Please take a look at the picture to see an actual example of one being used for my product.

It is recommended to clean and/or degrease the product before using it in your tank.
