Digital Temperature Controller with K-Type Thermocouple

These digital temperature controller will let you set and forget your tank heating step. They can be run either from 110 VAC or 220 VAC. They have a 5A  internal relay that can be use to control low power heating cartridge but we recommend to use them with a SSR (Solid State Relay). This model of controller has a dedicated SSR output that can directly control a 3-32 VDC SSR. These can be had for cheap on Amazon (always use the heat sink). They comes with a K-Type thermocouple for very fast and precise measurement of the tank temperature. Thermocouple have a M6 thread and it can’t be submerged; we are working on a thread-on aluminum adapter to install on your tank that will transfer the liquid temperature to the sensor. Stainless steel model of this adapter will also be available for the degreaser tank.

With this controller you can either run your heating element in normal On/Off mode or use the built-in PID control.

Each controller comes with 1-meter long K-Type thermocouple. We also stock 3-meter long thermocouple if you need longer.
