They have mounting tab on each side for convenient installation. They come pre-wired with a NTC Temperature Sensor. A bright LED on the front panel will let you know whenever they are active.
The Black and Red wire are the power input; Connect to any 110V or 220V AC source. When the controller output is active, the Black and Yellow wire are energized. Connect your heating element directly to the Black and Yellow wire. We stock 110V/400W cartridge heater element for tank mounted application. You can see them here.

How to use the controller;
Wiring;
Black and Red wire; This is the AC Input. Connect to any 110V/220V AC Source. Note that you need to match your heating element voltage.
Black and Yellow wire; This is the AC output power to your heating element. If you need to drive more than 1200W of power, use a Solid State Relay in between.
NTC Sensor; This sensor is pre-wired. If you need to cut the wire to make it longer or to replace a depleting sensor don’t worry about the wire getting mixed, it will work wired either way. Keeping the sensor outside of the dye tank when not in use will extend its lifetime.
Programming;
There is 4 preset that you can set inside the controller. To change any of them, press the SET button once (the button with chinese character) and use the arrow to select the preset number you want to adjust, then press the SET button again. Once you have scrolled to your desired value, press SET again and/or wait 3~5sec for the controller to show the actual temperature. This will store any change you just made.
P0 Start Temperature, adjustable from -50* to 110*C
P1 Stop Temperature, adjustable from -50* to 110*C
