Cartridge Heater (220V/2000W)

You can now install a permanent heater inside your dye, degreaser or sealer tank. These cartridge heater are made of 100% stainless steel so they will never rust. They are rated for 2000W power output @ 220VAC. The 110V/400W has always been very popular but I am now offering more powerful heater that run on 220VAC.

The heater have a 1.5″ long “Cold Zone” on the threaded end. This cold zone is keeping the high temperature away from the threaded part and will prevent melting of your plastic bucket. I am working on 2 piece bulkhead adapter to conveniently install these cartridge. Please note that this model of cartridge is quite heavy; we do not recommend to install them horizontally on a pastic bucket as the heat and weight will much likely make the heater move down.

We use these 2x of these 2000W heater inside our 50L degreaser and sealer tank. The heating time will vary depending on room temperature, dye quantity and desired final temperature.
