9″ Titanium Dished Disc Pair Center with 20 Stations

This model of rack is really useful if you want to mount more than one sandwich disc on the same spline. Install this disc in the middle and you can clamp parts on both side of the disc. They match the size and diameter of our regular 20 stations sandwich disc that are sold in pair.

Like all of our disc they are made out of titanium and feature 100% titanium hardware. Combined with the 1″ titanium shaft with copper hook that I sell, they are useful for smaller anodizing line that want to maximize the time needed to rack the parts as well as maximizing the space to do so. This is the product that I use to anodize all of my product and have been extremely happy with them. Titanium can be re-used almost indefinitively making it a better choice than any aluminum racking. It also provide a much better connection to your parts for an even anodizing which in return will give you even dye absorbtion.

All disc are 9″ in diameter and are made to be mounted on a 1″ shaft. This disc feature 2 sandwich style 20 mounting station disc welded together.

It is recommended to clean and/or degrease the product before using it in your tank.
