Cartridge Heater (220V/1000W)

You can now install a permanent heater inside your dye, degreaser or sealer tank. These cartridge heater are made of 100% stainless steel so they will never rust. They are rated for 1000W power output @ 220VAC. The 110V/400W has always been very popular but I am now offering more powerful heater that run on 220VAC.

The heater have a 1.5″ long “Cold Zone” on the threaded end. This cold zone is keeping the high temperature away from the threaded part and will prevent melting of your plastic bucket. The nut and o’ring is included; just drill a 20mm hole about 1.5″~2″ from bottom of bucket and insert the cartridge.

We use these 1000W heater inside our 50L dye tank. The heating time will vary depending on room temperature, dye quantity and desired final temperature.
