Titanium Welding Wire Rod for Aluminum Hanging 1/16″ and 3/32″

We now stock Titanium Welding Rod in 1/16″ and 3/32″ diameter. The 1/16″ wire is easy to bend to any shape and can be used to hang oddly shaped parts. The 3/32″ wire is much stronger thus harder to bend and can also be used to hang heavier parts without risking of losing connection. This is a more affordable way of holding parts than titanium disc, they also have a smaller surface area and won’t affect your current needed. They are really handy to have around as they can be re-used over and over again.

Both diameter of Titanium Rod have good elasticity and they can be shaped a few times before getting fragile and cracking. If you always use them on the same diameter, they will last for years!

All rod are 19.5″ long and priced individually. Order containing only the titanium rod will ship in mailer tube. These are long enough to be cut in half and bent similar to what we show in the product image gallery.

I would recommend soaking them into your degreaser before using them.
